Phonetic Reading
- Private, year-round, comprehensive, accelerated, and developmental tutoring for children ages Pre-Kindergarten 2 - 12th grade with students in the United States and Africa at various Embassy posts
- Pre-readers establish a strong foundation in the fundamentals of reading by developing their phonetic awareness, building their simple comprehension skills, and participating in activities that make reading enjoyable
- Emergent readers develop early phonetic decoding skills, learn sight and high frequency vocabulary words, develop simple comprehension skills, and begin level-appropriate independent reading.
- Beginning readers solidify their phonetic decoding and encoding skills, develop proficiency in phonetic blending, learn sight and high frequency vocabulary words, build fluency, strengthen their comprehension skills and abilities, and practice level-appropriate independent reading skills
- Consistent Readers develop a high level of reading confidence using sight and high frequency vocabulary words to facilitate fluency, refine their phonetic decoding and encoding skills, demonstrate fluency and comprehension, and soar at being strong in independent reading
- Advanced readers refine their reading abilities as graduates evidence strong phonetic decoding proficiency with challenging words, exemplify consistent fluency while excelling in reading comprehension, and read independently with absorption and critical thinking
Special Care and Attention to Children with Special Needs
- We have never turned away a single student seeking acceptance into our program. We have demonstrated success with students with a wide range of learning challenges such as: Autism, ADHD, Global Development Delay, speech delays, Apraxia, and stuttering, neurological issues that affect speech to name a few.
Step Up Credentials
- Ms. Claudine Williams, has demonstrated mastery in teaching phonetic reading pursuant to s. 1012.56(5), F.S. as a master's degree holder from an accredited post-secondary educational institution that supports her work in teaching children how to read. Ms. Willams holds a Masters Degree in Counseling, a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology, and has completed extensive coursework Early Childhood Education. Mrs. Williams is a “Choice Navigator” as she meets the credentialing requirements of a part-time tutor and provides consultations, at a mutually agreed upon location, on the selection of, application for, and enrollment in educational options addressing the reading needs of her students.

- Our students become accelerated readers.
- When Pre-K students begin our program at 4 years of age, they can read a 1st grade reader by the end of Kindergarten
- We meet every student where they are and teach them the required skills for reading.
- Students with learning challenges are welcomed.
- Students who do not speak English are welcomed.
- Students who do not speak at all are welcomed.
- We have over 20 years of success teaching children how to read when they start our program without any reading skills.
